Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders placed before 3pm on a business day are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery within Hong Kong

Local delivery takes approximately 2 working days after dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Orders over HK$800 are shipped free of charge.

Self-collection

Collection can be arranged in Causeway Bay. Please email info@lumairehk.com after placing your order and we will arrange a suitable time.

International shipping

We do not currently ship outside Hong Kong. If you are located elsewhere and would like to order, please write to info@lumairehk.com and we will see what is possible.

Packaging

All orders are sent in plain outer packaging.

Delays

Occasionally delivery may be delayed by circumstances outside our control, including adverse weather and courier disruptions. We will inform you if your order is affected.
